As an Art Director at FOXIUM, you will lead a team of artists across multiple disciplines - Visual effects, User Interface, Lighting, Environments, and Characters. You will work under the guidance of the Studio Creative Director, working with other artists to create a cohesive vision for the game. You will provide creative leadership, communicate ideas visually, and manage a team through the game development cycle.

We are looking for individuals that have an eye for visual quality and who incorporate the rich history of visuals and technology from games - in addition to culture, fashion, and film - to create the future of what gamers will experience.

We would prefer that you have shipped a high-quality slot game in a role where you were responsible for guiding artists, critiquing their work, creating visual targets, and mentoring them.

• 4-8+ years in the design field

• 3+ years in managing creative team members

• Strong communication skills with internal team and external team

• Broad understanding of design in theory and practice

• Superior attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Expert knowledge of Creative Suite; and overall understanding of production is essential

• A dedicated interest and/or desire to explore possibilities of stylized visuals

• Available to work full time

• Strong familiarity with the competitive gaming landscape
